FULL-VIEW PLEASE!!

Would you look at that! Evangelion fanart! Oh, and the title has nothing to do with that song by Seal. >.>; xD

This had been sitting around for almost a whole year, no kidding!! The picture had gone under several changes, especially Kaworu - I'd redrawn him completely since the first version. o.o;

I always wanted to do a picture featuring only Rei and Kaworu. Obviously, I wanted to show some connection between them but since they're not a couple, it was quite the challenge to come up with something that would work. I don't even quite remember where the idea came from... I think I've been listening to "Adagio for Strings, Op. 11" by Samuel Barber a lot at the time, so the violin might have come from there. I'm really not sure anymore. o_o;

Their hair was the best part to colour~ <3 I really enjoyed working on that.

And I used my new curly-patterned stamp in each corner (no, that's not a Photoshop brush), and it's supposed to be silver ink, but mr.scanner kinda swallowed the effect. Sorry. -__-;
